The May monthly homeowners association meeting is Monday, May 21st at 7 PM at Williams Rec Center, 15000 McConn Street – all residents welcome – and bring your neighbors!  We are expecting a visit from the City of Houston Solid Waste Department.

The April monthly homeowners association meeting is Monday, April 16th at 7 PM at Williams Rec Center, 15000 McConn Street – all residents welcome – and bring your neighbors!

Need to hold a garage sale?  How about holding it this Saturday morning?  Several other homes are already organized through our Facebook page to hold sales that morning.  Take advantage of the group drawing power and hold yours this weekend!

Due to the price increase asked for by Waste Management, the board with input from residents and homeowners made the decision to change to using the City of Houston’s services for trash pickup.  Details in a following post, see the Powerpoint posted earlier in this blog for more specifics.
