Due to holiday scheduling, the City of Houston Solid Waste Department has cancelled the December 22nd pickup, and will resume with normal pickup January 5th. A reminder that recycling of all accepted types can be dropped off at Ellington Airport at the city facility there.
The end of year Homeowners Association meeting will be held Monday, December 5th at 7 PM at Williams Recreation Center, 15000 McConn Street. All residents are welcome – and bring your friends!

Friday, November 25, 2022 Thursday’s garbage, yard waste, and 4th Thursday & 4th Friday’s tree waste will be collected. Curbside recycling will be serviced on your next scheduled collection day, December 8, 2022.
All residents are welcome for questions, concerns, or just meet the neighbors. We have something like $200 in door prizes – we need 34 homeowners represented in person or by proxy vote.
FYI – As per state law, a card notifying you about the upcoming Association board election should be coming in the mail. This election will be held at the October Association annual meeting.
