The scheduled July homeowner’s association meeting has been cancelled. Please contact CMSI if you have any issues to bring to the board. We will meet in August on the typical third Monday – the 17th.

We were told at tonight’s meeting that the City is now pausing their “call for heavy trash pickup” program idea while the Mayor’s proposal for a monthly trash fee gets reviewed. They also did not tell anyone when the pickup last week was coming – so for now we all just stand by.
Everyone with bulk trash/tree debris to call 832-394-1453 with individual case requests. This is the contact that was given to the property management company. If you have anything in your yard, please call this number and tell them you have a missed pickup – and let’s see if anything happens.

The HTX Connects app posted last night that heavy trash is scheduled for today – Wednesday April 8th – agreeing with/confirming(?) a homeowner post to the Facebook page a few days ago – which conflicts with press reports saying they were going to an on-demand/311 request system.
